St. John's Wort
Directions: add one teaspoon of st. john's wort to boiling water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
St. John's Wort is primarily known for its potential antidepressant properties. Some research suggests that it may be helpful in alleviating mild to moderate symptoms of depression. It is believed to work by increasing the levels of certain neurotransmitters, such as serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine, which play a role in regulating mood.
Some studies suggest that St. John's Wort may have anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) properties and could potentially help reduce symptoms of anxiety and stress.
