Red Raspberry Leaf
Raspberry plants are hardy perennials in the rose family. Despite the name, the red raspberry leaf tea doesn’t taste like raspberries. It tastes like a common black tea.
Red raspberry leaf can deliver B vitamins, vitamin C, potassium, zinc and iron. The leaves can also act as an astringent by tightening the top layers of skin, which may be helpful for people with oily skin or for those suffering from acne.
Red raspberry leaf is also full of calcium, iron, and magnesium that are the very nutrients that women need during their cycle.
