Oatstraw is the green, unripe stems of the oat plant. It's a nutrient-rich herb that has been used for centuries in traditional medicine for its various health benefits.  Here are some potential benefits of oatstraw:

Nervous system support: Oatstraw is believed to have a calming effect on the nervous system, which may help reduce stress and anxiety. It contains compounds that are thought to support healthy neurotransmitter function.

Directions: add one teaspoon of oatstraw to hot water. Steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy.  

*Note- the longer you steep, the more nutrient dense your tea will be.
