Ashwagandha Root

Ashwagandha may help improve cognition, memory and the ability to perform motor responses after instruction. 

It may also help reduce anxiety and stress, boost energy levels, benefit athletic performance, and balance blood sugar levels.

Directions: add one teaspoon of ashwagandha root to hot water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
